Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. You can always contact us for questions regarding the quality of our products at basecamptreats@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As a food product, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
